One of the main challenges for a system administrator is to maintain the security of the server and prevent it from outside attacks. In our solution, we encourage the client to point their MX record to our mail server's thereby sheltering the MX records from public view. Since special systems are in place on our end, it protects the client's server from DoS attacks, mail bombs and error flooding which could otherwise have caused damanage to the mail server.
