Here at Rediffmail we believe you have the right to choose your provider and hold them accountable for the level of service they provide. That is why we do not require any of our customers to sign any agreement that would lock you in to a long-term contract.
Since we do not require long-term contracts we know we have to perform each and every day to keep your business. If at any time you are not satisfied with the level of service that we provide, you can take your business elsewhere-no questions asked. We are committed to providing total customer satisfaction.
Never the less, we have all the Agreements & Non Disclosure Policies in place, which can be signed, if required.
