How do I manage multiple tabs in my webmail interface post login?
The new interface allows you to multitask with the help of TABS.
Post login, your Inbox opens as shown in the below screen - Tab 1.
Please note, if you try to access the other folders of your web mail box, the same will also open in Tab 1 as that of Inbox.
By clicking on Write Email link, a new tab opens next to the inbox tab thus letting you check your emails while composing or writing a new email as shown in the below screen – Tab 2.
Along with emails, other modules like Calendar, Contacts, Settings etc can also be simultaneously opened in various respective tabs as shown in the below screen.
Actions like Reply/Forward/Write Email will always open as a NEW tab.
Each tab can be closed by clicking on X next to the Tab Name.
The highlighted tab indicates the tab which is being currently active and used by the user.
What if genuine mails from authentic senders land into my Junk mail folder?
Many times the SPAM filters active on your account may result to genuine emails from authentic senders to be marked as SPAM email and delivered to your Junk Mail folder.
To ensure that these genuine emails are always delivered to your Inbox, follow the below steps:
Open the genuine email in your Junk Mail folder.
Click on MARK AS SAFE link.
The genuine will be immediately moved to your Inbox.
From the next day, all emails from this user id will be received in your Inbox.
You can import contacts from various Mail Clients such as MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator, Yahoo Mail, Pine, Mutt User Agent and Mac Contacts.
You can also directly import contacts by uploading a .csv file.
To upload a file, click on BROWSE.
Click on START IMPORTING to import all the contacts.

Mail filters allow you to assign separate mail folders for emails received in mail Inbox For Example: You can define all emails from hr@yourdomainname.com to be saved folder HR
To set filters, Select the SETTINGS in your mailbox.
Click on FILTERS and select Manage Filters.
Click on Add new filter and define the filter parameters as shown in Screen 2.
Click on SAVE FILTER.
You will be taken back to Screen 1.Click on Apply filter to Mailbox to activate the new filter.
What is Pull Other Mails? Can I get emails from Other Accounts to the Corporate mailbox?
PULL OTHER EMAILS feature allows you to receive emails your other accounts(personal) to your corporate mailbox.
You can pull emails from your Gmail, Yahoo, Rediffmail, Hotmail, Indiatimes account or any of your other POP3 enabled mail account.
To pull emails from your other POP3 enabled mail account, you will have to enter details of POP3 accounts email server, the POP port that is being used and your valid user id and password as shown in Screen 2.
