Managing your Rediffmail Enterprise Pro account is very simple. Follow these simple steps to access your account, add users, upload files, select themes, add bulk spaces and edit newsletters etc.

Your mailing solution on Enterprise Pro can be accessed by entering your company's URL in the browser.
e.g. mail.yourdomain.com

Administrator & the email users can access their mails using
this web interface.
Enterprise Pro can also work with Outlook Express &
other mail clients |

Once the LOGIN ID and PASSWORD is accepted, you get the Admin Homepage. On this page you have the NAVIGATION AREA I,
NAVIGATION AREA II and the DISPLAY/WORK AREA.

ADMINISTRATOR account management tools are listed as links on the left side of the admin homepage. These include links to ADD USERS, UPLOAD FILES, SELECT THEMES, ADD BULK SPACES and EDIT YOUR NEWSLETTER etc. These links are only accessible to the Administrators login. |
